The summer of 2011 will be remembered by many people as a time of devastation and great loss.  In her home town of Grantham,  14 year old Katherine certainly experienced the pain and witnessed the tragedy that was the ‘inland tsunami’.  However, January 10th 2011 has also become the day that life taught Katherine an invaluable lesson… one of bravery and hope.
